EIN 87-0701591 - Lehighton Area Heritage Alliance (LAHA)  is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization. Gifts are deductible to the full extent of the law for federal income tax purposes for those who itemize deductions.  The official registration and financial information of LAHA may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement. 

For donations to the collection: The fair market value must be determined by the donor.  A copy of the LAHA Collections Policy shall be made available to any donor, prospective donor, lender, prospective lender or other responsible person upon request via email.
